Services and proposals
Our website describes analytics audit, tracking-plan review and release-validation services. A project begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fees, timetable, dependencies and deliverables. Website information is not a binding offer.
Client responsibilities
You must provide lawful access, accurate documentation, suitable test accounts and timely feedback. You remain responsible for production systems, implementation decisions and compliance obligations. Do not provide credentials or personal data unless explicitly agreed and protected by an approved method.
Fees and changes
Fees are stated in the accepted proposal. Additional journeys, platforms, rounds or work outside scope require approval and may affect fees and timing.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. After full payment, you may use project-specific reports internally. We treat non-public project information as confidential and may use general methods, templates and anonymised know-how.
Limitations
Validation is based on the agreed sample, environment and time period. It reduces risk but does not guarantee that every defect will be found or that third-party platforms remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service; liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end work for a material breach not corrected within a reasonable notice period. Fees remain payable for completed work and approved commitments. Refund and cancellation treatment follows our refund policy.
