The validation path

From business question to verified event.

A transparent workflow designed to surface meaningful analytics risks without turning QA into an open-ended exercise.

Four connected stages

Your team sees what is being tested, why it matters and what comes next.

Exact tools depend on your stack. The evidence standard stays consistent.

Frame the risk

We align on decisions, critical journeys, release changes, consent states, platforms and known concerns.

Build the matrix

Expected triggers, properties, identity behaviour and exclusions become testable scenarios.

Inspect and triage

Observed requests are compared with the plan. Each gap includes evidence, impact and priority.

Retest and hand over

Agreed fixes are checked and the final record distinguishes resolved, accepted and open findings.

What we need from you

A small set of useful inputs.

  • Access to the agreed test environment and representative accounts
  • Your measurement plan, event dictionary or current reporting definitions
  • Critical journey and release context from product or marketing
  • A technical contact for implementation questions and triage

Missing documentation is not automatically a blocker. We can include a baseline discovery step when the current implementation is the starting point.

The handover

Findings people can use.

Reproducible

Environment, build, journey, steps, timestamp and observed behaviour are recorded together.

Prioritised

Severity reflects reporting and decision risk—not just technical difference.

Traceable

Retest status and unresolved decisions remain visible at close.
